Our return and refund policy is 14 days after receipt of your order. All costs related to returning the product (customs, shipping, insurance) are the responsibility of the customer. If the product has benefited from free delivery, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in its original packaging and unopened.
For any return request, you must contact us by telephone or email with your order number and wait for the confirmation number from us.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item is returned and inspected, we will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the product received free shipping, the shipping costs for the shipment will be deducted from the refund.
Each customer return is inspected by our technician, the refund amount depends on:
- Damaged packaging: We can deduct between 15% and 50% of the product price. - Missing parts: We can deduct between 15% and 50% of the product price. - Used product: We can deduct between 15% and 50% of the price of the product and if the damage prevents us from reselling it, we can refuse the return.
Warranty (if applicable)
The warranty covers electronic failures within 30 days. The warranty is the one from the manufacturer. RC9 undertakes, under certain conditions, to exchange defective parts. Parts damaged due to misuse or abuse are not covered under warranty. Please contact us by phone or email for warranty replacement eligibility and procedure. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Labor charges may apply.
